Kayaks and SUPs By the Hour: single kayak $10 2-person kayak $15 3-person kayak $25 Standup Paddleboard $20 or two-hours for $35
Late Return Fee is $10+ per boat.

A driver's license or passport is required for each boat rented, for the paddling duration.
Cash and Major Credit Cards happily accepted. The state/local sales tax of 8.25% is applicable to rental fees and goods purchased.

Downtown Tour. It's a treat to see downtown from Lady Bird Lake, from the bridges to the wildlife to Barton Creek. Book a Guided Downtown Tour for Friday or Monday mornings at 9:30 a.m. ($20 per person) year-round, even January, during Austin's mild winters!
SUP Skills Class and Kayak Class: Beginning January 7, each January Sunday at noon learn fundamentals of Standup Paddleboard or Kayaks during a 90-minute session. Small group setting, perfect for beginner paddlers ages 13 and up. $45 per person, reserve from our home page at "Book It" button.
New! Private Lessons: Just for you. A one-on-one, private 90-minute paddling lesson, SUP or kayak, set to your date and time to fit your schedule. Reserve 72-hours in advance and we'll be glad to advance your skills beyond beginner level.

Best Discount with Frequent Paddle Cards: our best rate discount comes in the form of a Frequent Paddle Punch Card. Get 11 one-hour outings in our Kayak Card for $85, the SUP Card for $125.
Need a Map? Parking: See our map below for parking options and rates near the Boathouse. Be prepared to search for downtown parking. Most onstreet parking is metered except Sundays. Closest metered parking is at the Mexican American Cultural Center just off Rainey Street (address 600 River St.). Pay station kiosks accept credit card and some accept cash. Consider parking near Austin's excellent hike and bike trail such as near I-35, ride Capital Metro's convenient downtown routes, or try ride-hailing services to avoid parking altogether.
Our rentals include a life vest and paddle and boats are equipped with seatbacks for your comfort. A renter's valid drivers license is required for each boat rented.
